David Hurst is a Talent Management Consultant with Right Management in the UK. David has experience working in the areas of talent and career management. In talent management his focus has been on the design and delivery of competency-based assessments and simulations.  He specialises in assessment and development centres and psychometric assessments.  David also has an interest in the design and delivery of competency frameworks and 360° feedback and surveys.  His work in these areas has included the implementation of both “off-the-shelf” as well bespoke solutions, depending on client needs.
